Called Paul few days ago as we locked one of our bedrooms, OMG instead he helped us to try to open the door ourselves first & with his help we were able to open ourselves. I have never met such a compassionate person in my entire life. He treated me like as if I was his mother. I highly recommend his company. I will use his company in the future. Eric came within 40 minute of a call and re-keyed 2 locks quickly and and was very thorough about the figment when he re assembled the lock assembly's to the doors. Thanks Eric! I will keep you in mind next time!

Amazing fast service! Had an unplanned flight back to the US before the covid-19 lockdown and unintentionally left my house keys in my luggage that never made it with me. I have yet another silly I - locked - myself - out - of - my - apartment story. This was on a Saturday night at around 8 PM so I was desperate. I called around and Eric's locksmith was more affordable than the other places in West LA. He was so kind and showed up at my apartment within 15 minutes! The whole process was a breeze. Last week one of our doors to a meeting room was locked from the inside and after some "lockpicking" we couldn't figure it out so I messaged Eric around 5 pm to see what the price range was and time he can come to unlock it. I wasn't in a rush so he came the next afternoon and he did call me to tell me he was running late which I appreciated as I hate it when I am given a few hours window of service.
